Antique Red and White Medallion Quilt with hand embroidered Lucia in the center. It is hand pieced, and the red dogtooth frame is hand appliquéd to the white ground. It is expertly hand quilted with a hanging grid in the center surrounded by a feathered wreath, diagonal lines, and clamshell overall quilting in the red. There is a white cotton reverse, thin cotton batting, and applied red binding by hand.
